The UNOFFICIAL HOME PAGE FOR THE SONGS
FROM THE TEENAGE HORROR FILMS OF THE 1950'S

Back in the 1950's, teenagers flocked to the local drive-in theaters to watch the latest double-feature motion pictures about rock and roll, motorcycle and hot rod gangs, plus my favorite kind of movie genre, the horror movie. And starting in 1957 we were treated to songs and music from films like.....

which all contained a song by one of the actors or a theme song (such as in THE BLOB).

Hear Kenny Miller sing Eeny Meeny Miney Mo" from I Was A Teenage Werewolf or Jerry Blaine do "Puppy Love" (which he also wrote) in BLOOD OF DRACULA and John Ashley performing "You've Got to Have Ee-ooo!" in HOW TO MAKE A MONSTER. Then there's the Page Cavanaugh Trio doing "Special Date" from FRANKENSTEIN'S DAUGHTER. Finally the 4 Blobs had a hit record with the theme song from THE BLOB in 1959. e-mail me at teenagewerewolf1957@yahoo.com
